MISSION STATEMENT
JLPA is a recognized leader
in valuation and financial consulting, servicing clients nationally. The Company
is made up of highly experienced real estate appraisers, and financial analyst’s
professionals dedicated to meeting the needs of home owners, lenders, advisors,
and others that require independent valuation and consulting services.
JLA has adopted a web-based
appraisal delivery system. This system will allow you to download your completed
assignments and invoices directly through our web server. In doing so, we
will no longer e-mail reports to you, but in exchange recieve a email notifying
you that that the report is completed and ready for downloading with a link
that will direct you to your file.
Instructions
for report and invoice delivery:
Each Appraisal is saved as a PDF file in our database at JLA. This PDF file
will include a "link" that is unique to the order.
1) Locate your "link" in the email sent to you by JLA.net
2) Click
the Link, which will send you to the file.
(Note: You Must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the Appraisal
file, If you don't have the file installed on your computer here is a link
to download the program ADOBE ACROBAT READER)
3) If
you choose to save the file you can just right click the Appraisal link
of your specific number and click save target.
(Note: Save the file some where with easy accessibility ex.Desktop)
